3.2. Purchase Orders must be emailed as an attachment or faxed to: sales@creationsecurity.com / 0844 8541030. Under no circumstances must they be sent directly to the Account Manager, Creation Security cannot guarantee delivery if the Purchase Order has not been sent in conjunction with our terms.

3.3. All purchase orders must have the following information: PO Number or reference number, Delivery Date, Price of goods, Authorised signature and list of items to be ordered.

3.4. All PO’s must be either generated through a Purchase Order System or on company letter headed paper. No orders will be accepted verbally unless a PO follows within 24 hours.

3.5. The buyer will receive confirmation on receipt of order within 24 hours.

3.6. No order can be cancelled without prior written notice from buyer. Should Creation Security receive written cancellation of on an order that has already been dispatched and the Buyer needs to return the item (s), Creation Security reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% of the invoice value.

3.7. Cancellations - 7 Day Cooling Off Period*

Under the EU's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, customers located in the European Union are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period i.e. the right to cancel the contract of purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days, starting the day after delivery. Notification of the cancellation must be received in writing (this can include email) and the products returned to us. The sooner you return the items to us, the sooner we can process your cancellation **.

These regulations dictate that we will refund the cost of the item(s) ordered and in addition to this the original dispatch charge where:

• You are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred
• You are returning an entire order
• If for any reason we have arranged to collect the goods from you, we reserve the right to recover the actual costs of collection from you.

  ** Refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation of the order.

3.8. Returns

We hope that you enjoy your products. Should you have any issues, please notify us in writing by email, within 28 days of receipt of your order to sales@creationsecurity.com. This does not affect your statutory rights

Your email should contain all references that are on your delivery note together with a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods. You should also advise us whether you’d like an alternative product/replacement or a refund (any returns received without prior notice may be delayed in being processed).

Creation Security Limited reserves the sole right of determining whether or not any request for return/refund made by the Customer should be accepted. Under no circumstances can any exchange/refund be entertained where the state or conditions complained of results directly or indirectly from the Customer’s action or inaction.

If you need to return your order, it should be packaged securely in the same packaging in which you received it, with your returns reference clearly displayed on the exterior. This will be supplied to you by the Customer Service team upon notification of your wish to return the items.

If you no longer have the original packaging, it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods arrive with us in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging.

Where a refund is due, this will be processed in 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received, reflecting against your card with 7-10 working days.

*Unless the return has been made within the cooling off period.

4.2. Creation Security reserves the right to increase the price of the Goods without notice to the Buyer where such increase is due to any factor caused by the Buyer.

4.3. The price is exclusive of any applicable value added tax which the Buyer shall be additionally liable to pay to Creation Security at the prevailing rate

5.2. The rates quoted in clause 5.1 above are for installations undertaken during normal business hours and on normal business days. Any installations outside normal business hours (9am to 5pm) or on a Saturday shall be at 1.5 times the rates quoted in clause 5.1 above and any installations on a Sunday or public holiday shall be at twice the rates quoted in clause 5.1 above.

5.3. The installation charges shall be paid by the Buyer within the Terms of Payment stated in clause 6.

5.4. The Buyer shall be responsible for: Providing towers and other specialist equipment which may be required for the installation of the Goods; ensuring appropriate access to the premises and the area of installation, any costs involved in respect of the repairing of any damage caused as a result of the installation of the Goods and ensuring that our installers are fully briefed on the Buyers Health & Safety procedures.

5.5. The CABLE-IT equipment may be substituted at the time of installation to provide for more appropriate cable lengths and better fittings, the cost of which shall be for the account of the Buyer.

5.6. The Buyer must sign the installers Installation Certificate at the end of the install. If this is not signed, Creation Security cannot be held responsible for installations that have not been done to the customer’s satisfaction.

6.2. If the Buyer has an account with Creation Security, The Buyer shall pay the price of the Goods during the account terms of 14 days from receipt of invoice.

If for any reason, stock becomes sold out after your order is placed, we will aim to contact you soon after the order has been placed. We will inform you of the date that we expect the missing item(s) to be back in stock.

In the event of delivery not being possible within 14 days (UK) of receiving the order, we will undertake to keep you informed of any changes and give you the option to cancel the order and receive full refund of monies paid.

Deliveries to UK addresses
Deliveries are dispatched by a nominated courier service of our choice. Typical delivery will be next day, however can be expected within 3 to 7 working days of placing an order. However, this is likely to increase to up to 7-14 working days during busy periods such as Christmas and New Year.

Additional information for International Customers
Standard deliveries are dispatched by a nominated courier service and depending on the choice of shipping made, can take up to 14 working days for delivery. Express shipping can take approximately 5 working days.

Please be aware that customs or import duties will be applied once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
